We offer a range of private cookery classes in Dali, including typical Yunnan dishes such as Yunnan spring rolls, spicy cucumber salads and the recipe for ‘grandma’s potatoes’. You can also learn to cook more typical Chinese dishes such as tofu salad, chicken with cashew nuts and peanuts, or aubergines with a fishy flavour. You can also learn another classic Chinese recipe, ravioli or “Jiaozi”. These cookery courses in Dali include a visit to a local market, after which you can taste the dishes you have prepared.
